Parotia: Bird of Paradise, is the inspiration for my new project.
Since seeing the species online, in the Natural History Museum and in books i have been obsessed. Mostly found in New Guinea they are an extreme type of bird that have the most beautiful exteriors and even more transfixed mating dances that will leave you feeling despondent and jealous of this wonderful animal found on our unbelievable planet.
